Day 2 - Early morning sun and testing camera after I realized it spent the night in the water

Casey wanted me to take a picture of the rather unique RV at one of the access points

If I was reading the BLM map correctly, this is Byrds Point at RM 134.8

Heading into one of the few rapids on the river at Burnt Ranch, I realize the camera monitor is getting fuzzy. Apparently after 14 years of use and abuse, 'old faithful' is not as waterproof as it once was.

Approaching Clarno bridge at 11:48am. It is a bright, hot sunny day, but my camera is still fubar. After 3 days and 48 miles of low water, high winds, and baking heat, we decided to end the trip here, rather than Cottonwood. With age comes wisdom. Contacted Service Creek and they got us to our vehicles! After derigging, we drove to Cottonwood, camped, did dinner and breakfast, and drove back the next day
