RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT BOEING EMPLOYEES

WHITEWATER AND TOURING CLUB, INC (THE "CLUB") SEATTLE WASHINGTON

 

I state that I wish to participate in courses and/or activities offered by BEWET, a Boeing Recreation Club.  I recognize that any BEWET activities may involve certain dangers.  I certify that I am aware of all the inherent dangers of whitewater rafting, including but not limited to, water or terrain conditions, rafting in remote locations, accidents or illness in remote areas without medical facilities, vehicle shuttling, the forces of nature, and the actions of participants and other persons.

 

In consideration for the right to participate in BEWET activities, I hereby release BEWET and its instructors, guides and members, and The Boeing Company from any and all liability, claims and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in and BEWET activities.  I personally assume all risks in connection with these activities, and further agree to indemnify BEWET and its members and instructors, and The Boeing Company from all liability, claims and causes of action which I may have arising from my participation in club activities.  The terms of this agreement will serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my heirs, personal representative, and for all members of my family, including any minors.  (Parents or legal guardians must sign for all persons under 18 years of age.)

 

I HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY BY READING IT BEFORE I SIGNED IT.

Due to Mother Nature or river flow, all trips are subject to cancellation.  Cancelled trips will be fully refunded.

 

Make checks payable to BEWET and mail check, reservation form and completed waiver form to the trip leader for each individual trip.

IMPORTANT!    Please use separate form and check for each day of a trip.  You must send a check with your reservation form to confirm a place on the trip.  Trip Sign-up Cancellation is generally the Wednesday before the Trip.
