Spent a few minutes chatting with another kayaker. Claimed the kayak was 'experimental'. Not clear what that meant, but it was nicely finished wood

North Lake (WA) - June 30, 2017
Jun-30 North Lake revisit. First time since 2015. 10:54am launch

Sitting next to a private dock. My guess is the stones were placed for lower water fishing. Lot of party boats on this lake
Inside the marshlands on the southern end. King County alls this a 55 acre lake, while WDFW calls it 40 acres. Wonder if WDFW excludes this portion? If I use Google Earth's 'measure distance' feature I get 48 acres w/o marshland, and 50 acres with. More random numbers!
