Congestion across from lunch stop. We later heard that the 23rd annual Green River Cleanup had at least 171 participants - a record high

A July run on the Green, launching from Kanaskat-Palmer State Park. The last time the Green had 1100 CFS or more during July was in 1983. My first run down the Green was 1987
